ADI Customer Call Center

ADI Global Distribution S.A. launched their first Customer Call Center in October 2006.

Please call the call center for information on the latest training dates and any other technical queries.
 
 

Our in-house Repair Centre has highly skilled technicians who have years of experience in their field of expertise, and the testing and repair equipment is state of the art.

Our Technical in-house staff have been appropriately trained in their allocated brands per product category (Intrusion, Access, Fire, CCTV etc). Call Centre No: number 0800-ADIINT (0800-234468) from (08:00hrs – 16:30hrs) and five days per week.

This Call Center is yet another way in which ADI Global Distribution is setting the benchmark for professional service within the South African Security Sector.
